Shallow Water Aerobics

The buoyancy of the water reduces the impact on your joints and at chest level depth, removes 75% of your body weight! You can utilize the pool floor and add power to your moves, which will increase intensity and caloric expenditure. This class is designed to burn calories increase your endurance, and improve muscular strength. The instructor, Tammy McAlister, is certified with Aquatic Exercise Association. Class will meet in the Mabee Pool located at the COM Aquatics, Inc., 3003 N. ‘A’ Street.
