Pilates Barre & Vinyasa Yoga
The Pilates Barre uses special equipment for the ultimate toning for hips and thighs. The emphasis is on small concise movements without jarring movements or heavy weights. The upper body is strengthened with light weights, smart bells, the Pilates ring, flex bands, and the toning balls. Your shoulders, arms and chest become lean and defined. The Pilates Barre elongates the thigh and seat muscles so that they sit higher on the hips. Your legs look longer and your abdominals pull back towards your spine. Vinyasa Yoga is a non-weight bearing form of strength training that increases core strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. It promotes relaxation through proper breathing techniques. Vinyasa is a flow style of yoga that includes sun salutations and balancing poses. You will be challenged throughout this workout, and before long, you will have a new defined body!!
