The Shopping Cart Page

The new Shopping Cart allows for the number of students to be modified, per class, by clicking the "increase" or "decrease" indicators.

Step 1a - Student(s) Information

The shopping cart will automatically create Student Information tabs for the total number of students indicated on the Shopping Cart page. However, many students are sometimes enrolled in more than one course, so tabs can be removed/deleted to accurately identify the actual number of students to be registered.

A separate and single Registration Email will be provided to each student with details of the Course and Student information. Private information such as Social Security Card numbers and Date of Births will be modified with "X's" to prevent potential identify theft.

Step 1b - Shopping Cart Features

The Shopping Cart boasts these new features:

  1. Identify the number of required fields to be completed in that particular step of the form.
  2. Highlight the current row as you complete each field.
  3. Automatically complete City, State and County fields when provided a valid Zip code.
  4. Automatically retrieve existing/returning student information from our ceXpress database when accurate and valid SSN and DOB fields are completed.

 Step 2 - Selecting Students for Courses

Based on the information provided in Step 1, Each student can then be assigned to the appropriate course based on the courses added to the Shopping Cart.

Step 3 - Payment Information

Payment information for all students and courses can be made once. This was a highly requested feature from individuals and company representatives who needed to register and pay for multiple students to register for courses. Previously, payees had a series of charges as they registered each and every single student. Sometimes, credit card companies would reject the payment identifying the multiple charges as a lost/stolen credit card.

The Billing Email will be used to send a Payment Confirmation. Registered students will NOT receive a copy of the payment confirmation - ONLY THE PAYEE.

Step 4 - Review

Simple review process of all students and courses to be registered. Please take a second to provide us a comment, suggestions and/or feedback about your registration experience.
