thumb career01REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON PROGRAM

This 180-hour program meets the educational requirements established by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for becoming a licensed real estate agent. Individuals who complete the program can apply to TREC for authorization to take the licensing exam. Each of the  six classes meets Monday-Thursday for two weeks, from 6-10 PM

The program consists of the following courses:

  • Real Estate Principles I  
  • Real Estate Principles II 
  • Real Estate Law of Agency
  • Real Estate Law of Contracts
  • Real Estate Promulgated Contracts
  • Real Estate Finance

Classes are $219.00 each.  Payment for each class should be made before the start date.  

The next series begins August 22.
